Is Euphorbia obesa rare?

Hi, could you give me a hand? I'm hoping to plant this plant, but it's not often available in offline stores. Do you think this plant is hard to find? If so, what are the main reasons this plant is considered rare?

I'm not sure if this plant is truly rare. I think there are lots of sellers out there, but I'm not sure about the prices. I might be wrong, but I'd say the price for a small succulent is a little high.

This Euphorbia ingens plant is often called the Candelabra Cactus by the local African people. Its appearance is graceful and easy to maintain. This succulent plant has a dark green stem color, four lobes, and a columnar growth structure that branches when mature. It can grow as high as 40 feet outdoors but will only grow to 10 feet indoors.
